CAMPING GEAR RENTAL WITH ANBOT

ANBOT STORE RENTAL & SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL CHARGES

1.1 The charges are calculated based on the 24-hour period from commencement of the Rental Period for Daily and Weekly rentals, a month or monthly rental is calculated based on the 30-day period. Daily rental rates will be applied for rental below 7 days. Weekly rental rates will be applied for rental 7 days and above. If the rentals are more than 14 days, a month rate will be calculated whichever lower. In relation to the monthly rental, any extension of the rental period will be prorated based on calendar month.

2. APPLICATION PROCEDURES

2.4 Copy of Identification Card / Driving Licence / Passport (For foreigner)


3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

3.1 Payment options include debit and credit cards, cash, and online banking. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option is not available.

3.2 Payments paid via company cheque should be made payable to ANBOT OUTDOORS SDN BHD

4.COLLECTION AND RETURN SERVICES

4.1return must be made prior a day before at 0930 pm or during the day of the collection date at 0930 am. Please speak to ANBOT person in charge for the arrangements other than mentioned above.

4.2 A minimum of RM150 will be charged to any late return of gears.

5. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE OR COVER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: -

5.1 Interior Cleaning: The Renter is liable for all interior upholstery if the gear is returned with dirty interiors. The renter is also liable for all interior and exterior damages and/or defects caused by events that do not fall within the normal usage of the gears.

5.2 Missing, Stolen, Broken, or Missing Accessories: The Renter is liable for all missing, stolen, or broken parts during the rental period or gear return unless the gear is damaged at the same time during an accident. Lost or damaged supplementary parts or accessories will be the responsibility of the Renter.

5.3 A minimum of RM50 will be charged according to minor defects per item; and a maximum RM500 will be charged according to major defects per item.

6. EXTENSION OF RENTAL / EXCESS HOURS

6.1 Daily and weekly rental rates are based on 24 hours, and should the rental exceed more than 30 minutes, it would be charged as an additional day rental.

6.2 Monthly rental rates are based on a calendar month, and if the rental exceeds one (1) month, the pro-rata extended day rental will be calculated.

7. EXTENSION OF RENTALS

7.1 If the Renter wishes to extend any rental, the Renter must contact ANBOT person in charge to request the extension before the Renter's return date.

7.2 ANBOT may or may not grant an extension or decline to grant it for the entire period the Renter requests, in ANBOT’s sole discretion. If the Renter does not return the gear to the specified location, the Renter may be subject to criminal penalties.

8. DON’T(S) ON RENTAL AGREEMENTS

8.1 Use of alcohol and non-halal food and products are prohibited in the tents. If Renter are caught drinking in the tent (leaving smell and stain, or related), RM1,000 fee will be incurred.

8.2 Pets are also not allowed in the tent due to most tent materials being made for humans and not animal-proof. If Renter are caught bringing in the pet in the tent (leaving smell and scratches, or related), RM1,000 fee will be incurred.

8.3 Smoking is prohibited in the tent. If Renter are caught smoking in the tent (leaving smell and tear effect, or related), RM1,000 fee will be incurred.

9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1 The Renter is subject to the terms and conditions of the gear rental agreement.
