• Proceed to the next page to fill in your booking details

• Personal Information: Provide your full name, email address, and contact number.
• Total Pax (Number of People): Ensure this is accurate to avoid issues during check-in.
• Add any services offered by the campsite, such as equipment rental or meal packages.

• Campsite owners will review your request and respond via email based on availability.

• Carefully read the campsite’s terms and regulations.
• Tick the “I Agree” checkbox if you accept the terms.

2️⃣ Proceed to Payment:

• Pay securely using your debit/credit card.

3️⃣ Receive Booking Confirmation:

• Once the payment is successful, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

• Double-check your email address during the booking process.
• If you still don’t receive the email, contact BOOKTAPAK support at +601110034278.

Some details can be modified by contacting the campsite owner directly or through BOOKTAPAK support. Changes are subject to the campsite's policies.

Follow these steps:

1. Select your campsite or activity and proceed to checkout.
2. On the payment page, locate the “Enter Promo Code” or “Discount Code” field.
3. Enter your coupon code (e.g., BT5) and click Apply.
4. The discount will be automatically deducted from your total amount.

To cancel your booking:
1️⃣ Email: Send an email to admin@booktapak.com with your booking details.
2️⃣ WhatsApp: Message us at +601110034278 and provide your booking information.

• Review the cancellation policy stated on the specific campsite’s page during booking.
• Understand the refund terms, such as deadlines or charges for cancellations.

Some campsites may allow rescheduling instead of cancellation. Contact BOOKTAPAK support or the campsite owner to explore this option.

No-shows are typically non-refundable. It's advisable to cancel in advance if you cannot make it to avoid losing your payment.

Some campsites allow rescheduling due to weather, provided there is an available spot on your chosen date. Cancellations can be made in accordance with the campsite's refund policy (please refer to refund policy in this page) , but they will also incur a BOOKTAPAK booking management fee. 

BOOKTAPAK does not charge any extra booking or payment fees.

Q: Do I need to book in advance? A: Yes, highly recommended. Camping is very popular among locals, especially on weekends and public holidays. We suggest booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance via Booktapak.com to secure your spot.

Q: I don’t have a tent or sleeping bag. Can I still camp? A: Absolutely! You don’t need to fly with heavy gear.

• Option A (Glamping): Book a "Glamping" site. These come with beds, electricity, and sometimes even air-conditioning. Just bring your clothes!
• Option B (Rent Gear): If you want the raw camping experience, you can rent a full set of camping gear (tents, chairs, stoves) through our partner ANBOT directly on our platform.

2. TRANSPORT & LOCATION

Q: How do I get to the campsites? A: Most campsites are in nature areas (1-2 hours from major cities like Kuala Lumpur).

• Best Option: Rent a car or a Campervan.
• Alternative: You can take a Grab (e-hailing app) to many sites in Janda Baik or Hulu Yam, but arranging a ride back can sometimes be tricky. We recommend pre-arranging transport or renting a vehicle.

Q: Can I sleep in a Campervan/RV? A: Yes! This is a fantastic way to see the country. You can rent a fully equipped RV through us.

Q: Where are the best places for a beginner? A:

• Near Kuala Lumpur: Look for sites in Janda Baik or Hulu Yam (River & Jungle).
• Cool Weather: Look for sites in Cameron Highlands or Kundasang (Sabah).
• Beach: Look for sites in Terengganu or Cherating.

3. FACILITIES & COMFORT

Q: Are there toilets and showers? A: Yes. All verified listings on Booktapak indicate their facilities.

• Glamping: Usually have private or high-quality shared bathrooms with hot showers.
• Basic Campsites: Usually have clean, shared seated/squat toilets and cold river-water showers (very refreshing in our heat!).

Q: Is there electricity/Wi-Fi? A:

• Glamping/RV Parks: Usually YES.
• Wild Campsites: Usually NO (or limited to a central hall). We recommend bringing a power bank.
• Tip: Check the amenities list on the specific campsite listing before booking.
