Terms and Conditions of Online Booking Platform for Campsites in Malaysia
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online booking platform (referred to as "Platform") provided by Ranchak Camper Sdn Bhd ("Company"), which facilitates bookings for campsites in Malaysia. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Process:
- Users must create an account to make bookings through the Platform.
- Campsite owners must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their campsites.
2. Booking and Payment:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payments are processed securely through the Platform. Users may be charged additional fees, such as service charges or taxes.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation policies are set by individual campsite owners and are specified in each listing.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the campsite owner's cancellation policy.
4. Liability:
- The Company acts as an intermediary between campers and campsite owners. We are not responsible for incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during a camping stay.
- Campers and campsite owners are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage.
- Campsite owners are responsible for the safety and maintenance of their campsites.
5. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
6. Privacy:
- The Company's privacy policy outlines how user data is collected and used. By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy policy.
7. Modification of Terms:
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing changes.
8. Termination:
- The Company may suspend or terminate user accounts if there is a violation of these Terms or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
9. Feedback and Complaints:
- Users are encouraged to provide feedback or report issues through the Platform.
10. Entire Agreement:
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and the Company regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
11. Free FCM Membership:
- When campers register on BOOKTAPAK's website, they will automatically receive a complimentary FCM membership.
- FCM membership grants campers access to exclusive privileges and discounts within the camping community.
12. Membership Privileges:
- As FCM members, campers can enjoy a range of benefits:
- Discounts: Members can access special discounts on camping gear, equipment, and related services through FCM's network of partners.
- Premium Access: FCM members gain premium access to FCM-organized camping events, workshops, and marketplace activities.
- Community Engagement: Members can actively participate in FCM's vibrant camping community, connect with fellow campers, and share their experiences.
13. Data Sharing:
- To facilitate this collaboration, BOOKTAPAK and FCM will share data related to registered users for the sole purpose of providing FCM memberships and privileges.
- To receive email marketing communications from Family Camping Malaysia (FCM). Share information about latest camping events, promotions, and helpful camping tips.
By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.
