Do I need to be fit to join ?
Reasonable fitness is helpful but not essential. If you can walk for 30 minutes , you can enjoy this session
What should I bring ?
Wear comfortable sportswear and bring water. We provide all equipment. Bring sunscreen and insect repellent.
Is it safe for children?
Yes! We welcome participants from age 8 with a parent or guardian present. Our instructors are experienced with young climbers.
What if it rains?
Sessions run in light rain. In heavy rain or lightning, we may reschedule for your safety. You'll be notified at least 2 hours in advance.
