1. From Kuching City:

• By Car:
  • Start your journey from Kuching City, which is about 40 kilometers away from the campsite.
  • Head towards Jalan Puncak Borneo, which will take you through scenic countryside and into the highlands.
  • Follow the signs for Puncak Borneo. The road is mostly well-paved, but it can get steep as you ascend, so ensure your vehicle is in good condition.
  • After about an hour's drive, you will reach the Puncak Borneo area. Look for signs directing you to Sunrise View Village Stay.

2. By Public Transport:

• Bus:
  • While direct public transport is limited, you can take a bus from Kuching City to a nearby town like Padawan.
  • From Padawan, you may need to hire a taxi or use a ride-sharing service to reach the campsite, as buses do not run directly to the highlands.
• Taxi/Ride-Sharing:
  • Taxis and ride-sharing services are available in Kuching City. Simply input "Sunrise View Village Stay" into the app, and it will guide the driver to the location.
  • The ride will take approximately one hour, depending on traffic and weather conditions.

3. By Tour Package:

• Some local tour operators offer packages that include transportation to and from Sunrise View Village Stay. This is a convenient option if you prefer a guided experience.

Tips:

• Prepare for Cooler Weather: The highland location means cooler temperatures, especially in the early mornings and evenings, so pack accordingly.
• Check Vehicle: If driving, ensure your vehicle is equipped for the ascent, and consider a 4WD if you’re visiting during the rainy season.
