1. No Rescheduling
Once a reservation is confirmed, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled for any reason, including weather conditions, personal circumstances, travel issues, or emergencies.
2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancelling a reservation does not guarantee a refund unless stated.
3. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.
4. Weather Policy
Campsite operations continue in most weather conditions. Weather-related issues do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling.
For change of lot : Please cancel the earlier booking and make a new booking for the desired lot, subject to availability. Cancellation policy applies.

- Ensure you select a glamping set with the appropriate lot type included. Note that glamping sets do not include a separate camping lot/space unless specified.
4️⃣ Click Next:
